Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at Elite Car Buyers, you'll be the first point of contact for customers looking to sell their vehicles. You'll work with warm inbound leads via phone, email, and online enquiries—no cold calling required. Your role is to build trust, understand each customer's needs, and provide a smooth, professional experience that makes selling a car simple and stress-free.

What You'll Be Doing

- Manage inbound enquiries and guide customers through the vehicle selling process from initial contact to completed sale.

- Build strong relationships by asking the right questions, understanding customer needs,



and providing outstanding service.

- Accurately assess customer information and coordinate the next steps with our buying and operations teams.

- Maintain an organised sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and excellent communication throughout the process.

- Handle objections confidently and provide solutions that deliver value for both the customer and the business.

- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to a high-performing team workplace.

What We're Looking For

- At least 12 months' experience in sales, customer service, or a high-volume phone-based environment.

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

- A customer-first attitude with the ability to build trust quickly.

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple enquiries effectively.

- Confidence using CRM systems and learning new technology.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to continually improve.

- Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends when required.
