Dortec Windows and Doors is a growing, close-knit team specialising in the manufacture of premium architectural aluminium windows and doors for the luxury residential market. We take pride in delivering exceptional products that become a defining feature of some of Australia’s most impressive homes.

We are looking for an experienced Aluminium Window & Door Fabricator who takes pride in their workmanship, enjoys being part of a team, and has the skills, experience, and attitude to help us continue delivering outstanding results.

The Role

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for the assembly of high-quality aluminium window and door systems, ensuring every product meets our exacting standards for quality, precision, and finish.

Our work is focused on premium architectural projects, meaning you will regularly be assembling large-scale window and door systems, including oversized aluminium frames and heavy glass panels. The ability and willingness to safely handle heavy lifting is essential , as our products are designed for the high-end residential market where large architectural glazing is a key feature.

About You

You will bring:

- Proven experience fabricating and assembling aluminium windows and doors

- Strong knowledge of aluminium window and door manufacturing processes

- Experience working with AWS (Architectural Window Systems) product ranges is highly regarded

- Experience with architectural or premium residential products is an advantage

- A high level of attention to detail and pride in producing quality workmanship





- The ability to read and interpret workshop drawings and specifications

- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical approach to your work

- A reliable work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes

- A team-focused attitude with the willingness to support and assist others

- The physical capability and confidence to safely handle large, heavy components
