The Yard Gym North Lakes is seeking a driven coach to step into a lead role with an immediate start. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver high‑quality group training sessions with confidence and presence
- Uphold coaching, brand, and floor standards every session
- Support, mentor, and collaborate with other coaches
- Engage with trials, new members, and the wider community to build strong relationships
- Work closely with management on retention, growth, and performance
- Contribute to a positive, high‑energy gym culture that members feel connected to

Who You Are

- A strong coach with excellent communication and floor presence
- Someone with a leadership mindset and a solid work ethic
- Passionate about fitness, coaching, and helping people become their strongest selves




- Professional, reliable, and invested in your own development
- Growth‑driven, accountable, and ready to contribute to a team that values high standards
- Cert IV in Fitness (or higher)
- Level 1 Strength & Conditioning (preferred)
- Current First Aid
- At least 1 years of coaching experience (attitude, passion, and drive matter most)
