Pay & Shifts

- $35–$38/hr + Super + Overtime
- 8–12 hour shifts per day
- Early start times between 5am–8am

What You’ll Be Doing

- Support fitters and trades with machinery & component assembly
- Operate CNC, plasma, and laser cutting machines
- Assist with welding, steel/timber builds, and roll forming




- Use gantry cranes and forklifts (training provided)
- Perform general labouring tasks for concrete stormwater and precast production

What You’ll Need

- Experience in manufacturing, mining, or trade-related work
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Forklift licence is a bonus but not essential
