Sales Assistant - Dry Cleaning Shop

We're looking for a Sales-Focused Sales Assistant to join our friendly dry cleaning team. If you have great communication skills, a robust eye for detail, and love helping customers, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and take garment orders
- Identify garment types and classify them correctly
- Upsell complimentary services (e.g. stain removal, express cleaning, alterations)
- Provide exceptional in-store customer service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming counter area

What We're Looking For:

- Strong customer service and sales focus
- Confident communicator with a friendly attitude
- Personal grooming is a must - high standard of presentation and fashion sense required
- Fast learner with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
