About the Role Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Day Infusion Unit. You will ensure the delivery of secure, high-quality clinical care while overseeing operational performance, workforce planning, financial management, and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide strong clinical and operational leadership to the Day Infusion Unit.
- Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
- Foster a positive, collaborative,



and high-performing team culture.
- Mentor, coach, and develop nursing staff and emerging leaders.
- Drive continuous quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.
- Lead service development projects and implement best-practice models of care.
- Build strong relationships with VMOs and multidisciplinary teams.
- Manage staffing, rostering, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards, policies, and clinical governance requirements.

About You

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Postgraduate qualification in Oncology Nursing (or equivalent).
- Minimum five years of post-registration clinical experience.
- Demonstrated leadership experience within oncology or a comparable acute clinical environment.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice.
- A collaborative leadership style with a genuine passion for developing people and delivering exceptional patient care.
