What You'll Be Doing

As Venue Manager, you'll be responsible for every aspect of the venue's success.

You'll lead from the floor, creating an energetic, welcoming atmosphere while ensuring exceptional service, strong financial performance and an engaged team.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading all day-to-day venue operations

- Recruiting, training, coaching and developing a high-performing team

- Creating an outstanding guest experience that keeps customers coming back

- Driving revenue through live entertainment, events, promotions and community engagement

- Managing labour, rosters and wage performance

- Monitoring budgets, P&L; performance and business KPIs

- Managing stock ordering, stocktakes and cost control





- Maintaining liquor licensing, food safety and workplace compliance

- Working closely with senior leadership to continue growing the business

- Being a visible, hands-on leader during peak trading periods

About You

You're an experienced hospitality professional who loves leading busy venues and building strong teams.

You understand that excellent venues are built on exceptional people, outstanding customer service and attention to detail.

You'll bring:

- Minimum two years' experience as a Venue Manager in a high-volume hospitality venue

- Strong food and beverage operational experience

- Proven leadership experience with the ability to build high-performing teams

- Strong commercial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and P&L; management

- Experience managing labour costs, stock control and financial performance

- Experience coordinating live entertainment and events

- Outstanding communication and leadership skills

- Current RMLV and Approved Manager's Licence

- Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays

- A genuine passion for hospitality, live entertainment and creating memorable guest experiences
