We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team at multiple sites across the lower North Shore and Inner West. This role is ideal for someone with automotive parts knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret and identify automotive parts accurately for retail and trade customers

Provide exceptional customer service both in-store and over the phone

Use electronic catalogues and supplier systems to source parts

Process sales, quotes, orders, and invoices efficiently

Assist with stock control, inventory management, and merchandising

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers

Support workshop and trade enquiries with technical parts advice





Ensure the store is presented professionally and safely at all times

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in automotive spare parts preferred

Knowledge of automotive components and accessories an advantage

Experience using parts catalogues and computer systems an advantage

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn
