Choice Support Plus Pty Ltd is a Devonport based, family-owned & operated support service, providing services to assist those with disability in the Wynyard, Burnie area & surrounding communities.

Our services include learning and life skills to assist the development of independence for people with disability. We provide quality staff to help support participants, whether it be in-home support or community participation.

Our aim is to help participants achieve their goals and have the best quality of life that they can.

We are looking for like-minded people with good core morals and values, who have a passion for helping others to join our team.

You will possess and/or be willing to obtain the following:

Are your hands fluent in expression? Do you thrive on breaking down communication barriers and creating inclusive environments?





We're on the lookout for passionate individuals skilled in Auslan and/or other sign languages to join our team.

Auslan proficiency is preferred but not essential for this role.

- Drivers license, roadworthy vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
- First Aid and CPR
- Working With Vulnerable People Check - NDIS endorsed
- National Police Check (less than 3 years old)

Certificate III in Disability (preferred, but not mandatory) and or
Relevant experience in the disability support industry or a strong commitment to pursuing necessary training

You will also need to be versatile in your availability and be comfortable with providing personal care if required. Although our positions are casual, there is potential that this could lead to permanent part-time positions to those who demonstrate the capacity and responsibility required to undertake this position.
