About the Role

- Provide resident meal service including assisting with meal preparation, delivering a quality dining experience, and supporting residents as required.
- Support peers and maintain a cooperative team spirit.
- Work safely and follow all policies and procedures to protect yourself, your colleagues and residents.

Qualifications

- Heart and passion for providing high‑quality care to the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) – desirable but not essential.
- Understanding of food safety practices, kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
- Warm and empathetic interpersonal skills with experience interacting with a wide range of people.




- Ability to establish and maintain professional and appropriate relationships with residents and their families.
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain.
