Prysmian Group in Recent South Wales is seeking a recently graduated IT professional to provide first-line support for hardware, software, and network issues. You will install, configure, and maintain computers and IT equipment, assist users with day-to-day IT needs, and support telecommunications systems including LAN/WAN, phones, and video conferencing.

You will gather and document requirements, contribute to IT projects, and help improve IT processes to boost efficiency across the business.
