The role

Fit2Function Allied Health is a specialist physiotherapy and clinical Pilates practice in Tamworth, NSW. We're building sustainable specialist care for regional communities — and sustainable careers for the people who deliver it. We're looking for a full time musculoskeletal physiotherapist to join us on a defined Clinical Lead pathway:

Months 1-3: settle in, build your caseload, learn our systems

Months 4-9: begin mentoring junior clinicians and shaping clinical standards, with protected non-clinical time

Months 10-12: formal appointment as Clinical Lead, with lead loading

Years 2-5: a genuine long-term future here, for those who want it

These milestones are agreed together, in writing, before you start.

Your week

A broad, quality MSK caseload, with appointment lengths based on what each client needs

Exercise-based rehab and clinical Pilates-informed programming woven into care





Structured mentoring from an experienced principal physiotherapist, and from month four, mentoring our junior team yourself

Warm working relationships with local GPs and referrers

About you

AHPRA-registered physiotherapist, around 3-5 years' experience, with a strong MSK foundation (private practice, hospital or mixed)

Already mentoring people, formally or informally — and ready to be recognised for it

Based in Tamworth, or ready to put down roots here for the long term — many of our best people are building their careers where they grew up

Helpful but not essential: clinical Pilates qualifications, or an interest in women's health as part of a broader caseload
