Hello Home Doctor Service seeks experienced General Practitioners to join their after‑hours network supporting the Blue Mountains and surrounding regions. We are currently recruiting across Blue Mountains, Penrith and nearby areas with immediate starts available.

About the Service

In partnership with Primary Health Networks, Hello Home Doctor Service delivers urgent and ongoing care to patients in their homes and Residential Aged Care Homes (RACHs), improving access to healthcare and helping reduce unnecessary emergency department presentations.

About the Role

- Immediate Start
- $200–$250 per hour
- Flexible after‑hours opportunities

Hello Home Doctor Service offers a variety of shift types to fit your commitments and can tailor opportunities to suit your availability.



Shift types include:

- Home visits
- RACH visits
- Telehealth and standby shifts
- Split shifts
- Locum and FIFO roles
- Weeknight, weekend and public holiday coverage.

Clinicians receive practical operational and clinical support including a dedicated contact centre, structured triage systems, and experienced on‑call teams ensuring you’re never working in isolation.

About You

This role suits RACGP or ACRRM‑qualified doctors seeking flexibility, autonomy, and robust earning potential within a supported, established service.
