KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and oversee insurance claims from submission to resolution.
- Review claim details, assess documentation, and ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with customers, insurers, and relevant stakeholders throughout the claims process.
- Investigate claims and identify potential issues or discrepancies.
- Provide timely updates and support to clients regarding claim status.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve claims handling processes.

REQUIREMENTS





- Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
- Applicants must hold one of the following: Australian Citizen, Australian Permanent Resident, Valid Australian Work Visa with full work rights.
- Applicants holding a Visitor Visa, Tourist Visa, or any visa without work rights are not eligible for this position.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good computer skills and ability to manage documentation and records.
