Residential Gardens in NSW seeks a Registered Nurse (Floating RN) to provide clinical leadership and direct resident care across the home, and to dedicate two fixed days per week to the Education & Quality Department.

The successful candidate will mentor staff, promote best practice, and contribute to continuous quality improvement, while adhering to AHPRA registration and aged care standards.
