ABOUT THE ROLE
Tidda Workforce is currently seeking an experienced Precast Leading Hand for an ASAP start within a busy and well‑established precast manufacturing yard in Redhead, NSW. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced precast professional to step into a leadership role, supporting production teams while ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are achieved.
- Leading and coordinating daily precast production activities
- Supervising and supporting production crews
- Assisting with mould setup and strip processes
- Monitoring production schedules and deadlines
- Ensuring quality standards are maintained
- Supporting concrete pours and general production tasks
- Promoting a solid safety culture across the site
- Communicating with supervisors and production teams to achieve targets
ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced precast worker with leadership experience who enjoys mentoring others and leading by example. To be successful, you will have:
- Minimum 12 months Precast Leading Hand experience - Essential
- Strong background within precast manufacturing
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment
- Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality
- Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and Drug & Alcohol testing
