The Rose by Moran, a boutique retirement village is looking for a Concierge / Resident Liaison Officer who genuinely enjoys engaging with people and takes pride in getting the details right to work part time Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10.30am - 4.00pm. You'll be the first point of contact for village residents, families and visitors, and someone they come to know and trust. Working closely with the Village Manager, you'll be given real responsibility for the day-to-day tasks, from resident requests to admin and events. No two days will look quite the same.

About you

- Front-of-house or concierge experience, ideally in retirement living, aged care or hospitality
- A calm, courteous manner with excellent communication skills
- Proactive and capable, and task driven
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience coordinating events and activities

What you'll do

- Welcome residents, families and visitors, manage enquiries, calls,



and correspondence
- Log resident requests, then manage and pro-actively follow through to resolution
- Oversee village software, management systems and processes
- Coordinate maintenance requests, contractor quotes and compliance documents
