We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our team manufacturing fire-rated and fire-safe doors in Pomona.

This is a hands-on manufacturing role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, working with materials, and being part of a quality-focused production environment. Previous experience in door manufacturing, timber manufacturing, joinery, carpentry, factory production, or warehouse environments is highly regarded, however, the right attitude and willingness to learn will also be considered.

The Role:

- Manufacturing and assembling fire-rated doors to meet quality and safety standards
- Working across different stages of the production line, including preparation, assembly, finishing, and packing
- Measuring, cutting, and assembling timber components and door materials
- Using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely
- Installing hardware and preparing doors for dispatch
- Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
- Handling materials and assisting with warehouse duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets

What We’re Looking For:





- Previous experience in manufacturing, timber, joinery, carpentry, cabinet making, door production, or factory environments preferred
- Bonus if you have experience manufacturing sheet metal
- Experience using hand tools and power tools is an advantage
- Ability to read measurements and follow production instructions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn current skills
