At least 10 to 15 years of relevant work experience, of which at least 5 years as a security architect/security engineer

Valuable documentation and presentation skills

Demonstrated experience in a hands‑on technical leadership role (not necessarily financial services)

- Proven experience in Agile environments and can work individually and as a team member
