ifeelgood 24/7 Oxenford is looking for an energetic, confident and people-focused Club Manager to join our team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves the fitness industry, enjoys connecting with people and has a natural ability to sell and deliver great customer service.
Initially offered as a casual position, this role has the potential to develop into a permanent position for the right person, with opportunities for additional performance-based incentives as you grow within the role.

About the Role
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day operation and growth of the club, working closely with the Club Owners.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving current membership sales and working towards monthly targets
- Responding to and following up new membership enquiries
- Conducting club tours and converting prospects into members
- Following up leads via phone, SMS and email
- Welcoming members and creating a friendly, positive club environment
- Building relationships with members and supporting member retention
- Managing member accounts and assisting with overdue payments
- General club administration and maintaining accurate membership records
- Keeping the gym clean, organised and presented to a high standard
- Ensuring club policies and procedures are followed
- Assisting with local marketing, promotions and community engagement
- Identifying opportunities to improve the member experience and grow the club
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Friendly,
outgoing and confident talking to new people
- Motivated by achieving goals and targets
- Comfortable with both telephone and face-to-face sales
- Reliable, organised and able to work independently
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of their responsibilities
- Passionate about providing an excellent customer experience
- Genuinely interested in health and fitness
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality or the fitness industry would be highly regarded.
Preferred but not essential
- Previous fitness industry experience
- Certificate III or IV in Fitness
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Previous sales or membership experience
