We are seeking an organized and proactive Operations & Administration Officer to support

three growing businesses specializing in trades

services.

This is a varied role that combines administration, customer service, and financial coordination.

You will work closely with management to help ensure our operations run smoothly and our

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day administrative activities across the three businesses.
- Serve as the main administrative point of contact for customers, suppliers, and service enquiries.
- Support operational managers to monitor job progress and ensure work orders are completed on time.
- Prepare invoices, process supplier accounts, and assist with financial administration.
- Maintain accurate records, contracts, employee files, and business documentation.
- Prepare regular operational and financial reports for management.

About You





- Minimum 2 years experience in administration, office management, or operations coordination.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Experience with invoicing and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in property maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, construction, or other service-based industries will be highly regarded.
