About the Role

- Oversee the daily operations of the bar
- Lead, train, and support the bar team
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Manage stock control and ordering




- Ensure compliance with RSA and licensing requirements
- Assist with Duty Manager responsibilities as required

About You

- Previous Bar Manager or senior hospitality experience
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Current RSA certificate (essential)
- Duty Manager qualifications or willingness to obtain them (preferred)
- Reliable, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Applicants MUST be living in Australia with easy access to Woodenbong, Great Dividing Range, Northern NSW.
