We also carry out Insurance repairs, Restoration & remediation, Make safes and Asbestos Removal. We need a coordination champion to support our Restoration operation and help strengthen our team!

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restoration Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced setting, takes ownership of outcomes, and is eager to develop their knowledge across different areas of the business. This opportunity has become available due to an internal promotion. This is not an entry-level coordination role. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage a high-volume workload, make sound decisions,



and can proactively drive claims through to completion with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be organised, adaptable, and committed to delivering outcomes for both our clients and the business.

What You’ll Do

- Coordinate and allocate restoration claims across our trade network, you will also be cross trained in Makesafes to assist in event time.
- Manage a high volume of claims end-to-end
- Drive jobs to completion within time, cost, and quality expectations
- Track and manage progress using systems (including Prime)
- Communicate clearly with customers, trades, and insurers
- Resolve issues quickly and keep jobs moving

This is predominately office-based role in Cardiff, 8:30 - 5:00pm.
