Sydney Plaster is an established construction company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We specialize in plasterboard, internal fit out and external facade works for large commercial and residential projects for Tier 1 and 2 contractors across Sydney. We are currently seeking a position of estimator / project administrator to join our team.

Qualifications & experience

- Verbal and written communication skills in English (Mandarin also preferred).
- Confident with programs such as Word, Excel and Bluebeam or other construction estimating software.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask / time management.
- Study or experience within construction preferred.





Tasks & responsibilities

- Creating bill of quantities – identify and itemize building materials for costing
- Analyse project drawings, specifications and requirements to develop estimates, take-offs and sourcing quotes from other trades as part of the estimation process
- Co-ordinate with site and project teams and provide administrative support including material procurement, project documentation and contract claim submissions
- Potential project site visits as required for co-ordination
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain good working relationships
