We're growing and are looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Medical Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This role will primarily be based at our North Lakes clinic, with opportunities to work across our Brisbane location as part of a supportive and collaborative team.

Brisbane Skin is a leading dermatology, cosmetic medicine, and skin cancer practice with clinics across Brisbane. We are dedicated to delivering personalised care and exceptional patient experiences, combining expert medical treatment with state-of-the-art laser and surgical technology.

About the role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors. You'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of our busy specialist practice.

This is a permanent part time position , working approximately 50 hours per fortnight . The role is primarily based at our North Lakes clinic ,



with the flexibility to work across our Newstead clinic when required.

This position includes participation in a rotating roster, including late nights and Saturdays .

What we're looking for

We're seeking someone who is positive, organised, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a busy team.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in medical reception or specialist medical administration (highly regarded but not essential)

- Experience in dermatology, skin medicine, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine (desirable but not essential)

- Outstanding customer service and patient care skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- A skilled, friendly, and welcoming approach

- Robust organisational skills and attention to detail

- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn

- Flexibility to work late nights and Saturdays on a rotating roster

- The ability to travel between our North Lakes, Newstead, and Manly clinics as required
