The role delivers trauma-informed, culturally secure support across multiple programs and locations, assisting children, young people, adults and families with case plans, referrals and community engagement.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team to maintain service delivery, adapt to program variations, and ensure high standards of professionalism and documentation.
