Heritage Golf & Country Club – Chirnside Park, VIC

Heritage Golf & Country Club is seeking a motivated and reliable Groundsperson and Qualified Greenkeepers to join our turf management team across our two championship golf courses.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors, and wants to be part of a high-performing team maintaining premium playing surfaces.

About the Role

You will be involved in the daily maintenance and presentation of our golf courses, including:

- Mowing of greens, tees, fairways, and surrounds
- Course setup for daily play and tournaments
- Bunker maintenance and detail work
- Irrigation operation and minor repairs
- Assisting with chemical and fertiliser applications under supervision (training provided)
- General course upkeep and projects

About You

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Takes pride in attention to detail
- Is reliable and punctual
- Works well both independently and within a team
- Is willing to learn and develop new skills
- Takes ownership of their work and contributes positively to the team

Desirable (but not essential):

- Previous experience in turf management or horticulture
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management or equivalent Horticulture Certificate
- Agricultural Chemical Users Permit or ChemCert
