We are seeking a motivated and reliable First Year Apprentice Boilermaker/Welder to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in the metal fabrication and welding industry.
As an apprentice, you will work alongside experienced tradespeople, gaining hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, welding, and finishing of high-quality manufactured products.
About the Role
Your duties will include:
- Assisting with fabrication and welding tasks
- Assembly of components using purpose-built jigs
- Using a variety of basic hand and power tools
- Learning welding and fabrication techniques
- Grinding, finishing, and preparing products for final coating
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work setting
About You
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a genuine interest in welding and metal fabrication
- Possess good attention to detail and take pride in your work
- Be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
- Be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Have experience using basic hand tools
