About The Role The Aboriginal Health Worker assists in the coordination and delivery of the Billabong BBQ and Foodshare programs, helping facilitate community gatherings, connect Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to services and resources, and promote social and emotional wellbeing across Melbourne's north and west. Please refer to the Position Description to know more about the role.

Your Duties Include

Promote and embed cultural safety building and maintaining trust with the Aboriginal Torres Strait Islander community

Attend and support social groups (Billabong and Foodshare)

Provide access and support services to community across the North and West

Where appropriate liaise with DFFH, housing,
