You will support Melbourne Online’s growing academic portfolio, coordinating curriculum approvals and admissions for postgraduate programs.
You will gain experience across CAPS, academic governance and stakeholder engagement in a fast-paced environment.
What you will deliver:
- Coordinate end-to-end curriculum change processes, tracking course and subject amendments through approval pathways.
- Administer new course and subject proposals in CAPS, ensuring accurate data entry and governance records.
- Support academic governance committees through documentation preparation, meeting coordination, tracking approvals and reporting.
- Assist Academic Program Managers with course design activities, CAMP forms and associated approval documentation.
- Contribute to admissions processing and continuous improvement initiatives across systems, workflows and process documentation.
You may be a great fit if you:
- Hold a tertiary qualification or equivalent combination of relevant education, training and experience.
- Manage sensitive or complex administrative processes within higher education or similarly regulated environments.
- Analyse and synthesise complex information, providing clear, practical advice to diverse academic and professional stakeholders.
- Deliver accurate work to agreed timelines, prioritising tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Use databases and standard applications such as MS Word and Excel with strong digital capability.
- Bring experience with academic governance, CAPS, admissions or committee support within a university context.
