This is a varied role combining account management support, customer service and print estimating. You will work closely with our account managers, production team and customers to prepare quotations, manage enquiries and help ensure jobs move smoothly from initial request through to production and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare accurate and timely estimates for a wide range of print projects.

- Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.

- Support account managers with quotations, job requirements and customer follow-up.

- Review customer briefs, specifications and supplied artwork information.

- Recommend suitable print methods, materials and finishing options.

- Enter and maintain accurate job and customer information in company systems.

- Liaise with production, prepress, finishing and dispatch teams.

- Monitor job progress and keep customers informed of timelines.

- Assist in resolving production, delivery and quality-related issues.

- Follow up outstanding quotations and identify potential sales opportunities.

- Build strong,



professional relationships with existing customers.

- Assist with general sales administration and account management duties.

About You The successful applicant will ideally have:

- Previous experience in print estimating, customer service or account management support.

- A positive understanding of commercial printing, digital printing, wide-format, labels, packaging or print finishing.

- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.

- The ability to interpret customer briefs and print specifications.

- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- The ability to manage multiple quotations and priorities.

- A practical, solutions-focused approach.

- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.

- Experience using print estimating or management information systems would be advantageous.
