To support our continued growth, our Adelaide branch is seeking an enthusiastic, driven and highly motivated Account Manager who enjoys building solid customer relationships and supporting clients within the South Australian mining sector.

This role will suit someone who enjoys developing long-term partnerships with customers and identifying opportunities to grow business across mining operations, contractors and engineering firms throughout South Australia.

The successful candidate will enjoy a varied role which will include:

- Managing and growing an existing portfolio of mining and industrial customers
- Building strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support
- Generating new business opportunities across mining sites and associated contractors
- Providing product support and advising customers on fastening and industrial supply solutions




- Identifying opportunities to expand product sales across existing accounts
- Preparing quotations and proposals for customers
- Achieving sales targets and contributing to branch growth
- Maintaining regular customer contact and site visits across South Australia

Who we're seeking:

- Experience within fasteners, industrial supplies, mining, engineering or related industries
- Proven sales or account management experience within a B2B environment
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritise workload and remain self-motivated
- High level of enthusiasm with strong relationship building and communication skills
- A person who enjoys a wide-ranging role and doesn’t like being bored
- Integrity and honesty with a commitment to exceptional customer service
- Excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to regional mining operations
