Key Responsibilities

- Prepare income tax returns and financial statements for companies, trusts, partnerships and sole traders.

- Draft detailed working papers and prepare financials to review stage.

- Research tax issues and assist in drafting advice for managers and partners.

- Liaise with the ATO, OSR, clients, and other professionals to ensure timely and accurate outcomes.

About You

- Degree in Accounting from an Australian institution.

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Australian public practice firm.

- Proficient in Reckon APS and most accounting platforms (such as Xero, MYOB and QBO).

- Strong technical knowledge of Australian tax.

- Excellent communication and time management skills.
