- Prepare accurate financial reports in compliance with relevant standards.

- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes to support organisational goals.

- Oversee reconciliations and ensure timely month-end and year-end close processes.

- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.

- Assist with audits and provide necessary financial documentation.

- Monitor cash flow and provide recommendations for financial sustainability.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve financial processes.

- Support the implementation of financial controls and procedures.

A successful Accountant should have:

- A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.

- Professional qualifications such as CA or CPA (or working towards).

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial standards.





- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

- Proficiency with accounting software and MS Excel.

- Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

This prospect is with a Not For Profit organisation based in Sydney.

- Annual salary of $100,000 to $105,000 AUD + Super.
