John Hughes Position : Full Time

Location : Perth

Salary : $80,000 - $90,000 a year John Hughes has been an iconic WA business, selling eight of the world’s leading new car brands and thousands of pre-owned vehicles. They have the latest in manufacturer tooling , along with a excellent work and team environment. They are conveniently located in East Victoria Park, Welshpool and Wangara.

John Hughes is currently looking for an experienced and qualified Accountant. The successful candidate will possess exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, coupled with technical competencies with a passion to deliver exceptional results.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

Preparing and controlling company's financial reports, cash flow statements, payroll statement, profit and loss statements, and other financial statements.

Assist in attaining financial goals.

Compliance with statutory obligations, preparation, and lodgement of BAS





Assisting director with companies accounting policies and budgeting forecast.

Preparation of financial reports and analysis for management

Reporting to management of internal reports for stock reconciliation, sales, cash flows, accounts receivable and payable and projection.

Budgets and forecasting, analysing operating costs, income and expenditure.

Qualifications & experience:

Tertiary Qualification in Accounting

At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience

Proficiency in Excel

Excellent attention to details and ability to work confidently within defined policy and process.
