Westpac is offering a 12-month graduate program in the People function with three rotations of four months each. You will rotate through different teams to build experience and expand your network, while engaging in a variety of People-related activities.
As a Graduate in People, you’ll contribute to policy advisory, research, strategy, and initiatives that support employee experience and engagement, with opportunities to shadow senior leaders and participate in workshops and summits.
