Gallagher is seeking a Mental Health Consultant to join GB's Mental Health Team in Australia. You will coach, mentor and intervene for complex mental injury cases, guiding treating health practitioners and employers on best practice recovery and return-to-work supports.

You will collaborate with claims teams to influence management of mental injury claims, lead education and support for professionals, and ensure compliant, high-quality practices across multi-stakeholder engagements.
