ORS Group is recruiting an Inclusive Employment Specialist to support people living with mental health conditions into meaningful jobs. You will work in our Jandakot WA office with an existing IEA team, applying the IPS model to guide participants from planning to placement and beyond.
You will build relationships with employers, coordinate with clinical and community supports, and strive for solid, sustainable employment outcomes while supporting clients’ confidence and independence.
