As a Facilities & Fleet Officer, you’ll play a vitalrole in supporting the day-to-day operations of Meli’s facilities and vehiclefleet across our diverse community services. Working collaboratively withinternal stakeholders, contractors and service providers, you’ll help ensureour sites and fleet assets are safe, compliant, well-maintained and fit forpurpose, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality services to the community.

As a Facilities & Fleet Officer, you will:

- Coordinate the day-to-day operation,maintenance and compliance of Meli’s vehicle fleet, including servicing,repairs, inspections and fleet records.
- Manage facilities maintenance requests,liaising with contractors and stakeholders to ensure works are completedefficiently and effectively.
- Support building, safety and complianceactivities by maintaining documentation, coordinating inspections andfollowing up outstanding actions.
- Maintain accurate asset, maintenance andfleet records while providing responsive support and advice to internalstakeholders across Meli’s sites.
- Ongoing, full-time position
- 1 FTE working 38 hours per week
- $80,186 p/a + Super & Salary Packaging

What We’re Looking For

Wevalue individuals who bring dedication, empathy, and expertise to their roles.To succeed in this position, you will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a fleet operations
- Knowledge of relevant legislation to ensurecompliance in fleet and road safety.
- Demonstrated experience in facilities,property, or operational support roles, ideally within community or publicenvironments
- Strong administrative, coordination andorganisation skills with the ability to manage competing priorities anddeadlines.
- Sound computer literacy, including experienceusing databases, service request or asset management systems.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonalskills,



with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders andcontractors
- Basic understanding of building maintenance,contractor coordination, and compliance or safety-related activities.
