We are seeking an experienced Accounts Officer to join our team on a 5-month contract
SAP Business One (SAP B1) experience is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier payments and payment runs
- Manage accounts payable transactions and reconciliations
- Resolve supplier account discrepancies and reconcile statements
- Perform daily bank reconciliations
- Support month-end reconciliations, including GL, supplier statements, and creditor ledgers
- Prepare customer invoices, including recharges and recurring contracts
- Generate accounts payable reports
- Provide support across AR, AP, GL, stock adjustments, and employee expenses
About You
- Previous experience in an Accounts Officer or similar finance role
- Solid reconciliation and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with SAP B1 preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
