Operating across Queensland, the Northern Territory, New South Wales, South Australia and New Zealand, we design, install and maintain fire protection systems across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects.

About The Role This is a varied role that combines Accounts Payable responsibilities with general finance administration, helping to support the day-to-day operations of our Finance team.
Working in a collaborative environment, you'll play an important role in ensuring supplier invoices and financial records are processed accurately and efficiently while providing excellent support to both internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Processing supplier invoices and accounts payable transactions
- Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
- Assisting with supplier reconciliations and payment processing
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Responding to supplier and internal finance enquiries
- Assisting with general finance administration and reporting activities
- Supporting the Finance team with a range of administrative tasks
- Contributing to continuous improvement of finance processes and systems
About You To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable, Accounts Administration or similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team
