- Design, implement, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure (AD DS 2019).
- Ensure AD security, compliance, and governance.
- Troubleshoot complex AD issues and recent hands-on experience
- Collaborate with teams for AD integration with other systems.
- Develop and maintain AD documentation.
- Robust knowledge MSA, GMSA and CMSA

Experience in remediation / migration of DC

- In-depth knowledge on AD Tiering Model
- Hands-on experience in DNS management (Internal / External)
- GPO management
- Knowledge on Quest RMAD DRE and Change Auditor
- Hands-on experience in Domain Controller Patching Operations Lead:
- Lead IT operations team, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and implement IT operational processes and procedures.
- Ensure IT service management (ITSM) best practices.
- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.




- Collaborate with stakeholders for IT service delivery. Leadership Responsibilities:
- Strategic planning for IT operations and AD.
- Budget planning and resource allocation.
- Performance monitoring and reporting.
- Team development and training.
- Stakeholder communication and relationship building. Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT operations, with 8+ years focused on Active Directory.
- In-depth knowledge of AD, ITSM, and ITIL.
- Leadership experience, with proven track record.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Relevant certifications (MCSE, MCSA, ITIL). Nice to Have:

Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS).

- Familiarity with automation tools (PowerShell, Ansible).
