The sole role and responsibility is to ensure the team carry out their client and firm responsibilities in a timely manner. Often there are competing deadlines, therefore prioritisation is key.This role requires someone who is mature, organised and able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working independently and part of a wider team.Key Responsibilities:Provide general administrative and team supportCoordinate events, travel,
and expensesManage conflict checks and debtor follow-upPrepare and process invoices and client paymentsMaintain accurate CRM/Dynamics records and client filesManage tasks, timesheets, reporting, and WIP invoicing in GreatSoftFormat and manage client documents in line with RSM standardsCoordinate tender and proposal submissionsProcess third-party invoices and expense claims in WorkdayAbout you:Education RequirementsDesirable:Completion of TAFE or Business College administration courseDemonstrated Experience & AttributesEssential:3 years in a similar role. Professional practice experience (i.e.
