We're excited to welcome a Administration Officer to our BreastScreen QLD team.
This position will provide a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies. This position operates with a high degree of independence in performing the duties of the position whilst maintaining open channels of communication.

Key Responsibilities include:
To provide an efficient telephone booking service for all screening mammography clients, utilising attendance time available at the primary mammography department as well as the satellite and relocatable clinics, in accordance with BreastScreen Qld policy and procedures.
To effectively provide and maintain an efficient administrative support service to the staff and clients of the BreastScreen Service, whilst maintaining the following workplace behaviours.
This position provides a high level of customer service, demonstrating understanding, empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
To ensure prospective clients are booked for screening mammography appointment through the telephone call centre using the BSQR3/BSQR4 Data Base and in compliance with BreastScreen Policy and procedures.
Salary rates $40.17 - $44.67 p.h.,
employer contribution to superannuation (12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO3) (part time positions available, hours negotiable). Applications will remain current for 12 months.
