Health are seeking applications from motivated and suitably experienced Clinical Trials Administration Support to join the Cancer Clinical Trials Unit.

Health is the major provider of acute, maternity, sub-acute, mental health, specialist, community and home-based services in Melbourne’s rapidly growing outer north.

Services are provided through our six main campuses: Northern Hospital Epping, Broadmeadows Hospital, Bundoora Centre, Craigieburn and Mernda Community Hospitals Centres and Kilmore District Hospital. In addition, Mental Health Services are provided at Epping, Broadmeadows, Jacana, Preston, Mill Park, Mernda and Coburg.

About the Role: The role of Clinical Trial Administration Support in the Cancer Clinical Trials Unit is responsible for all areas of administration of clinical trials, including the coordination and submission of research governance submissions, as well as trial related kit management, electronic Investigator Site File filing and management, research related data entry, and processing and shipment skills of biological samples.

To be successful in this role you will have:



Experience and good working knowledge of Research Governance submissions A tertiary qualification in a relevant health or science field; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy and an understanding of confidentiality

Demonstrated excellent team working skills with ability to work using own initiative.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
