They're looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Associate to own their affiliate channel, one of the highest-efficiency growth levers in the business.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and sign new high-potential partners: affiliates, comparison and review publishers, influencers, and content creators
- Nurture and grow existing partners to drive engagement and subscriber volume
- Run calls and demos to sell the product's value and convert prospects into signed partners
- Own outreach end to end, managing a high-volume inbox and staying on top of every follow-up
- Use affiliate platforms (e.g. Impact) and AI prospecting tools to onboard, track, and scale partner management
- Monitor partner performance against subscriber and CAC targets, doubling down on what works




- Keep the partner pipeline clean, organised, and visible through transparent reporting
- Partner closely with the Senior Marketing Manager to align activity with broader campaigns

Hiring Criteria

- 3-5+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales, ideally in B2C subscription or FinTech
- A genuine, credible stock investor with an understanding of fundamental analysis and portfolio management
- Comfortable with affiliate platforms (Impact or similar) and confident adopting AI tools
- Strong relationship-builder who can turn a cold contact into an active partner
- Confident and persuasive on sales calls, with a closer's instinct
- Highly organised, able to run a busy pipeline and stay on top of every follow-up
- Analytical enough to read performance data and adjust focus accordingly
- Self-directed, results-driven, comfortable working remotely in a distributed team
