We are on the hunt for a motivated Labourer / Posi-Track Operator to join our structural crew on a major Tier 1 Defence project in Wagga Wagga, built under principal contractor CPB and Downer. This is hands-on work with real variety: one minute you are on the posi-track shifting materials and prepping ground, the next you are in the thick of it with the team getting the structure up and the site running clean.

It is a secure, high-standard Defence site, so you will need to obtain a DCAC (Defence Common Access Card) pass to get on the ground, and we will guide you through that process from start to finish. Accommodation is provided for the length of the project, so all you need to bring is your tickets, a solid work ethic, and the willingness to help team complete the project.

this role can turn into a full time permanent role shortly after start.

Requirements

- Valid posi-track / skid steer competency (verification of competency or ticket)
- White Card (construction induction)
- Able to obtain a DCAC pass (we will assist with the application and process)
- Reliable, punctual, able to pass Defence site security induction
- Physically fit for general labouring duties
- Willing to relocate / stay in provided accommodation for the project term if need be.
- Driver's licence (own transport advantageous)
