Physiotherapist - Innovative Community Role
Employment Term: Ongoing, Full-Timeor Part time (minimum 3 days per week)
Total Remuneration Package: based on your level and clinical experience
Location: Mayfield West Office with community visits across the Hunter, Lake Macquarie and Port Stephens region!

We are interviewingPhysiotherapists with a passion for supporting older adults and people living with disabilities to join ourdynamic Community Physio Team in the Hunter!
We are the largest community allied health team in the region with over 150 OTs, Physios, Dietitians, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists, Massage Therapists, Allied Health Assistants & Healthcare Administrators providing care for adults and people living with disabilities across the Hunter New England and Central Coast Health Districts.
We can support flexible working arrangements and can offer full-time positions.

Responsibilities (HOW we build healthier communities)
- Passionate about working with older adults and people living with disabilities
- Passionate about providing evidence-based care and mobile physiotherapy services in client's homes
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Enjoys being self-directed and takes initiative
- Provides care that is multidisciplinary and consumer-directed
