Our client, a well-established Australian food manufacturer based in Ingleburn, is looking for experienced Manufacturing Operators to join their night shift team. This is a fast-paced production role working with confectionery products. Please note this is not a warehouse position.

Shift Details

- Night Shift: Sunday to Thursday
- 9:00pm - 5:00am and 10:00pm - 6:00am (Must be adaptable for both shift times)
- Immediate start available

Key Responsibilities

- Packing confectionery products from a fast-paced conveyor line into bags and display boxes
- Stacking finished products onto pallets




- Shrink wrapping and labelling products
- Cleaning production equipment in line with HACCP standards
- Manual handling and lifting of up to 20kg

About You

- Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience (essential)
- Previous experience in a GMP environment, such as food manufacturing or pharmaceuticals
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and committed to the required shift pattern
- Able to meet pre-employment screening requirements
