The Role

We are looking for an exceptional Social Media and Content Coordinator based at our HQ in Erina (Central Coast), NSW (4 days in HQ, 1 day WFH). This is your chance to turn raw briefs into highly engaging, performance-driven content that changes the game for girls in sport.

What You’ll Do

Create high-performing social content: Plan, shoot, and edit polished still photography and short-form vertical video for social channels, campaigns, and e-commerce.

Manage content from idea to publication: Turn briefs into platform-ready content while supporting planning, publishing, community engagement, performance reporting, and account growth.

Coordinate creator and brand collaborations: Identify and approach relevant influencers and partners, managing briefing, content production, approvals, delivery, and campaign reporting.

What You’ll Bring

Experience:



2–3+ years of skilled or substantial portfolio experience creating social content and contributing to brand accounts.

Technical skills: Strong camera or mobile photography and videography skills, paired with confident, quick-turnaround editing across stills and vertical video.

Collaboration & commercial sense: Experience supporting influencer/creator partnerships alongside sound commercial judgment to connect content to business objectives.

Mindset: Extreme initiative, curiosity, ownership, and a portfolio that demonstrates your best video and photography work.

Nice-to-haves: Experience with e-commerce/consumer brands, globally targeted content, or a background in marketing/media.
